The price of the artwork is based on cost of materials, the size and complexity of the design, any delivery or shipping costs, or fuel costs if outside of Southern Ontario. I do not charge a consultation fee. Here are some general guidelines:
Portraits in oil or acrylic start at approximately $500.00 Canadian dollars (minimum size is 16X20 inches) including materials.
Portraits in charcoal on canson start at approximately $250.00 Canadian dollars (minimum size is 16X20 inches) including materials.
Colour portraits in pastel on canson start at approximately $300.00 Canadian dollars (minimum size is 16X20 inches) including materials.
Prices will increase as size and/or number of subjects increase.
A portrait is generally ready within one to three months of the date the photograph has been selected.
I do not frame the portrait; this is a personal choice that I leave up to the discretion of the client.
Murals are generally priced at $400.00 Canadian dollars for the first day, and $300.00 each additional day, including materials. The mural will usually take between one and five days (depending on size and complexity).
All prices are subject to 5% GST.
Accepted methods of payments are cash, cheque or money order.
A deposit of 50% will be required, and the remaining 50% upon completion.
