Once we meet and discuss your desires for your portrait, we will either choose to work from an existing photograph(s) if of suitable quality, or I can take new photographs customized to the portrait. I prefer to work with photographs for the convenience-there are no time consuming sittings for the client, and the lighting and pose remains consistently captured in time, resulting in a better quality portrait in less time.
You may choose from oil or acrylic on canvas, pastel or charcoal on canson paper. Depending on your style preferences and your budget, I can assist you in your choice of size and medium, whatever your choice, the promise of a fantastic likeness to the subject(s) will be delivered. I use quality professional grade oils, acrylics and canvas.

I use only Benjamin Moore latex paint and primer, and if requested, a sealer for extra protection.
